A gentle spring rain sprinkled the campus, bringing a slight chill to the air, yet it could hardly dampen the enthusiasm and vitality of the new students eager to begin their studies.

Holding their dreams, students from around the world arrived one after another at the long-awaited campus, officially embarking on a new academic journey at the International Cultural Exchange School. To ensure an orderly and efficient registration process, the school made thorough preparations in advance through careful planning and organization. Various departments worked in close coordination, scientifically optimizing the registration procedures and meticulously arranging support services. The goal was to provide new students with a convenient, smooth, warm, and thoughtful enrollment experience, laying a solid foundation for the orientation work through practical and effective measures.

During the orientation period, international student volunteers actively devoted themselves to the front lines of service. They enthusiastically guided newcomers, patiently answered questions, and did their utmost to assist new students in successfully completing all registration procedures, demonstrating friendship and responsibility through their actions.

The school prepared welcome gift packages for the new students. Souvenir items full of commemorative significance, such as SUFE notebooks, university-branded T-shirts, and canvas bags, made the international students feel the warmth of the SUFE family. In addition, the school provided every new student with a WiFi guide, a hand-drawn campus map, a list of key events for the spring semester, and a schedule for the start-of-term activities, all designed to help newcomers better adapt to campus life. The day before registration, international student volunteers had already begun assembling these welcome packages for the new students.

On the day of registration, the orientation and enrollment work proceeded in an orderly and smooth manner.
