On April 17th, Yimi Dida Express Co., Ltd. held a recruitment presentation specifically for international students at ICES. This job fair is designed to provide high-quality career development opportunities for international students at our university and to help them integrate into the global logistics network.
The head of human resources at Yimi Dida introduced the company's business layout, corporate culture, and career development paths in detail. She also shared case studies that demonstrated the company's successful practices in the Southeast Asian market.The attending students actively asked questions and had in-depth discussions with the company representatives on issues such as career planning and cross-border team collaboration. Hou Yanyan, an international student from Malaysia, said, "Through direct dialogue with the company, I not only learned about industry trends but also felt the Chinese company's emphasis on the Southeast Asian market. This interaction has given me a clearer plan for my future career."
