On the afternoon of March 18th, the 2025 Special Recruitment Fair for University Council and Alumni Enterprises, as well as Key Areas and Units, was successfully held in the first-floor auditorium of the Research and Experiment Building at SUFE.

This recruitment fair specifically invited 65 enterprises and key units from fields such as banking, construction, financial services, central and local state-owned enterprises, party and government agencies, accounting firms, and information technology. These organizations participated to offer a wide range of choices for more students from SUFE to join key national industries, focus on key areas for employment, and enter key enterprises.

At 1:30 PM, participants, dressed in formal attire and ready to engage, gathered in front of the booths of their preferred companies to inquire and actively submit their resumes. They enthusiastically sought to understand job requirements and subsequent recruitment details from the employers, creating a lively atmosphere at the venue.

Zhou Guoliang, the Deputy Secretary of the University Party Committee, placed great importance on this recruitment fair. He visited the recruitment site together with the heads of the university's Admissions and Career Services Office, the Office of Cooperative Development, and relevant college leaders. They communicated face-to-face with corporate recruiters, alumni who returned for recruitment, and job-seeking graduates. Deputy Secretary Zhou Guoliang and his team welcomed and thanked the participating enterprises, carefully inquired about the basic situation and specific requirements of the recruitment positions, and encouraged students to seriously consider their majors and interests. They urged students to firmly grasp the spring recruitment opportunity, maintain confidence in their job search, and strive to find satisfactory positions as soon as possible.

The recruitment fair also featured a "Career Consultation" booth, which provided one-on-one career diagnosis, resume optimization, and career development guidance and consulting services for job-seeking students. The consultants patiently and meticulously helped job seekers clarify their career directions and identify their personal strengths. There was a steady stream of people seeking advice at the booth. Participants at the venue also expressed that the consultants quickly pointed out issues in their resumes that they themselves could not see, allowing them to make timely revisions and submit their applications for target positions.

This special recruitment fair for key areas and units was jointly organized by the university's Admissions and Career Services Office and the Office of Cooperative Development. It leveraged the rich resources of the university's council and alumni and, through the combined efforts of multiple parties, precisely matched job supply and demand. This expanded the space for two-way selection between employers and graduates, helping students better understand industry trends and employment market requirements. Nine council enterprises, including the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, Bank of China, China Merchants Bank, Zhejiang Taizhou Commercial Bank, Southeast Elevator, Suzhou Aizhi A Cleaning Electrical Technology, Rongcheng Accounting Firm, Orient Securities, and Shanghai Securities, participated in the fair.

SUFE has always focused on serving national strategies and the main battleground of industry development. It continues to deepen its efforts in key areas through the integration of industry, academia, and research, innovating talent cultivation models. By delivering talent, the university empowers regional economic development and builds an ecosystem that precisely connects talent supply with industry demand. Looking to the future, the university will continue to strengthen collaborative linkages with council and alumni enterprises and partners in key areas. Through a variety of measures, including expanding university-enterprise cooperation channels, building career development platforms, and optimizing employment service systems, the university will provide comprehensive support to help students achieve more adequate and higher-quality employment.
